When you are feeling compromised, it is recommended to take a vitamin C supplement, but if you are living your daily life, getting vitamin C from whole foods is best. Things such as oranges, pineapple, grapefruits, and lemons are packed with vitamin C.

Our gut has about 70% of our immune system. So, when our gut is not happy, our immune system is compromised. It is necessary that we support our gut by eating foods that nourish it.
