THE RECIPE.

In a bowl, whisk an egg, add in 1/2 cup oats/almond meal or protein powder + 1 mashed banana. You can add cinnamon too, whisk all together.

Heat up a non-stick frying pan with some olive or coconut oil, pour in some pancake mixture to form a pancake shape. Flip, do that with the rest of of the mixture.

Add to a plate and top with Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt and berries.
