3 egg whites

1 egg

2 scoops Cinnamon

Whey protein ( or use vanilla and add Cinnamon spice)

1/4 cup Almond flour

1 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Frosting- 1 scoop cinnamon

Whey protein

1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt

1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup

1 tsp stevia or sugar substitute

Splash of Almond milk- Method-

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix all cake ingredients together

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake 5-10 minutes until firm, do not overcook.

While the batter is cooking, mix together the frosting.

Once the cake batter is baked, coat the flat pancake with frosting.

Leave a little frosting aside to pour over on top cinnamon roll.

Cut into 3 strips

Then roll each strip

Top the cinnamon roll with more frosting.
