Honey or Maple syrup

Juice from freshly squeezed lemon

300ml water to a large cup

Add 100ml of water to a large cup and add the chia seeds to it. Let the seeds soak in water for one hour, until gelatinous mass forms on its own. Add the rest of the water, as well as the lemon juice to the mix. Mix with a spatula for a minute, until the ingredients are well-incorporated, then add the honey for sweetness.
