2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt

Juice of fresh 1 lemon

1/2 tsp ground coriander seed

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 sea salt, or to taste

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste

To serve, corn tortilla chips or chopped vegetables.


Scoop out the flesh from your avocados into the bowl of your food processor.

Add in remaining ingredients, throb until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides with a spatula several times.

Season with sea salt and pepper to taste and then transfer to a serving bowl.
