1.  eggs scrambled with salt & pepper. Sauteed broccoli and mushrooms, ( avocado oil salt & pepper and garlic powder) and 1/2 of an avocado.
  2. Killer bread toasted and topped with 1/2 smashed avocado + vegan cheese plus 1 fried egg salt & pepper.
  3. Baked plantains + 1 fried organic egg + blueberries plus 1/2 avocado toast.
  4. Everything bagel with 2 eggs scramble plus herbed goat cheese + mashed avocado spread.
