Baked wild salmon seasoned with olive oil, lemon and ground black pepper with a fried egg cooked in avocado oil, sauteed garlic mushrooms, spinach and half an avocado. Cook the egg, spinach and mushrooms one after the other in a non-stick pan. While baking the salmon in 400 for 10 minutes in a toaster oven. Easy peasy is nourishing and delicious.
