- Lemon pepper chicken marinated in lemon juice then seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic. pan-seared in olive oil about 5 minutes each side on medium heat. Creamy veggie rice, cook according to rice package, use chicken broth instead of water and cook, add sauteed broccoli and onions, sprinkle some parm.
- BBQ chicken meatballs. 1/2 pound ground chicken, 2 tbs red onion, a dash of smoked paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Form into balls and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, toss in bbq sauce then bake for another 5 minutes (that is for 5 meatballs, you can double the ingredients if you want). Lemon pepper rice- cook rice according to package, use chicken broth instead of water, once cooked add in lots of lemon pepper seasoning or juice of half a lemon, pepper, salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and broccoli.
- Chicken marinated in bbq sauce and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes + creamy veggie pasta, melt together butter, milk and some pasta water, add in cooked pasta, parsley leafs, red pepper flakes and a lot of parm. Mix together everything until melt. Top with extra spices.
