1. Lemon pepper chicken marinated in lemon juice then seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic. pan-seared in olive oil about 5 minutes each side on medium heat. Creamy veggie rice, cook according to rice package, use chicken broth instead of water and cook, add sauteed broccoli and onions, sprinkle some parm.
  2. BBQ chicken meatballs. 1/2 pound ground chicken, 2 tbs red onion, a dash of smoked paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Form into balls and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, toss in bbq sauce then bake for another 5 minutes (that is for 5 meatballs, you can double the ingredients if you want). Lemon pepper rice- cook rice according to package, use chicken broth instead of water, once cooked add in lots of lemon pepper seasoning or juice of half a lemon, pepper, salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and broccoli.
  3. Chicken marinated in bbq sauce and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes + creamy veggie pasta, melt together butter, milk and some pasta water, add in cooked pasta, parsley leafs, red pepper flakes and a lot of parm. Mix together everything until melt. Top with extra spices.
